We believe in introducing our puppies to various experiences before they reach 12 weeks. From slides and toys to different scents and sounds like fireworks and chimes, we ensure they are stimulated in a variety of ways. Depending on the homes they are going to, we also introduce them to cat scent, children, and car rides. Many puppies are raised exclusively by women, and this leads to dogs with anxious issues with regard to men. My bearded husband and teenage boys help with all the daily early stimulation exercises. All this early exposure helps the puppies adapt to different environments and situations. Consequently, they are much less likely to live their lives in terror during firework season or vomit on car rides or be aggressive toward small children.
